Who handles your data
Walleye Ventures LLC operates Variant Draft. This policy explains how we handle information when you use the service. Contact us at hello@maintenancetracker.app.
Account data
We use your email address to manage your account and send account emails. Login credentials are handled by our authentication provider. Passwords are not stored in readable form.
Plans and payments
We store your plan and billing status and a Stripe customer ID. Stripe processes payments through its checkout and billing portal. We do not store card numbers.
Saved memos and disclaimers
On Pro, you can save memos and a custom disclaimer. Saved memo records include the generated text and memo fields such as the ticker, company, rating, price and valuation inputs, thesis, template and timestamps. We store your custom disclaimer in your profile.
Documents and AI drafting
Documents are read in your browser. We send their extracted text, along with document filenames and your memo inputs, to our server and then to Anthropic to generate a draft. Source files and extracted document text are not stored in our database or file storage.
Anthropic processes this information under its commercial API terms, which do not allow training on that content. We do not use your content to train AI models.
Usage and operational information
We store generation counts and reservation timestamps to enforce plan and fair-use limits. Server error logs help us identify operational problems. Our hosting provider collects basic visit statistics.
Browser storage
Your sign-in session is stored in your browser so you can stay signed in. The service does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies.
Service providers
We use Lovable Cloud for hosting, the database, authentication and email delivery; Stripe for payments; and Anthropic for AI drafting. These providers process information needed to deliver their services. We do not sell personal data or show ads.
Retention and deletion
We keep account and saved-content data while your account is open. You can delete individual saved memos anytime. To request deletion of your account and all associated data, email hello@maintenancetracker.app.
Security
We use authentication and access controls to protect account information and saved content. No system is completely secure. Keep your credentials private and contact us if you suspect unauthorised access.
Children
The service is not intended for children under 18.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy and its last updated date. We will notify you by email of material changes. For privacy questions or deletion requests, contact hello@maintenancetracker.app.
